Safe Space Healing Collective exists to give you a nurturing place to sort through the hard stuff, build coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. We are for you; moving through hard seasons, big emotions, and everything in between.
I’m Ally, a licensed professional counselor and the human you’ll be sitting across from (or screen-to-screen with). I work from an eclectic, trauma-informed lens, primarily using person-centered and solution-focused techniques. I especially love supporting teens, young adults, and couples navigating transitional or trying seasons—those in-between moments where it feels like everything is shifting at once.
I’m here to offer a steady, compassionate presence while we collaborate on what “better” looks like for you.
Outside of session, you’ll usually find me outside with my pup, gardening, traveling, or soaking up time with friends and family—things that keep me grounded so I can show up fully for you.
It is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to share your space. Let’s talk!
Angela (Angie / María) supports Safe Space through content creation, creative writing, branding, and admin assistance, helping keep your experience organized, welcoming, and clear. Her own passion for psychotherapy comes from being in the client seat herself, and she cares deeply about using self-compassion and inner child work to soften some of life’s harder edges.
