The work we do as therapists and healers is powerful, but it can also be heavy. Sometimes a case lingers in the back of your mind. Other times you simply want a second set of eyes—or a safe place to process what’s showing up for you as the clinician.
Peer consultation offers exactly that: a confidential and supportive space that isn’t about hierarchy or supervision, but about collaboration. Together, we can explore the layers of your work, bring fresh perspective to complex cases, and untangle the countertransference or emotional responses that may be surfacing for you.
These conversations are a chance to explore you—to notice and gently untangle any countertransference or emotional responses that may be stirred up in the work. From there, we can shift into practical and creative brainstorming, finding approaches that align with both your clinical judgment and your intuition.
Trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in compassion. My intention is to help you feel resourced and clear, while honoring that you are the expert on your own clients. Many clinicians find these sessions not only help them navigate difficult cases but also reconnect them to their purpose and remind them that they don’t have to do this work alone.
Consultations are available in two formats: a full 60-minute session for deeper exploration or a shorter 30-minute option when you need timely support or a focused check-in. All sessions are held virtually for your convenience. (In-person sessions upon request.)
You don’t have to hold it all alone. Peer case consultation is a reminder that we’re meant to do this work in community, not isolation.
